INGREDIENTS

1 lb Good quality ground beef
1/2 lb Ground pork
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Egg
1/2 c Corn flake crumbs, I used
bread crumbs
1/4 c Milk
4 oz Grated swiss cheese
1 4 Oz mushrooms drained
3 Bacon, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf
in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked
