INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Twist each slice of bacon into a tight
spiral and arrange on the rack of a broiler pan, pressing the ends of
each twist onto the pan. (The twists will unravel somewhat as they
bake.) Bake the bacon in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes, or
until it is crisp. Transfer with a slotted spatula to paper towels to
drain.
