INSTRUCTIONS
Recipe from "Chex Recipes"
Heat oven to 325°. Mix cereals, bagel chips and raisins in large bowl; set
aside. Microwave margarine, brown sugar and cream cheese in 2-cup
microwavable measuring cup on High 1 minute; stir to remove lumps. Pour
over cereal mixture in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in
ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Bake 20 minutes,
stirring after 10 minutes. Cool completely. Store in airtight container or
plastic food-storage bag. 7 1/2 cups snack.
*Do not use spread or tub products.
1 serving (1/2 cup): 110 calories (35 calories from fat); 4 g fat (1.5 g
saturated fat); 5 mg cholesterol; 480 mg sodium; 15 g carbohydrate; 3 g
protein.
