INGREDIENTS

1 Cooking apple
2 tb Grape Nuts per apple
2 tb Sugar per apple
Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash apple(s) and core. Place right side up in a medium sized baking
dish. Alternately layer the sugar and Grape Nuts in the core of each
apple until the core is full to slightly overflowing. Sprinkle 2
teaspoons or so of water on each apple and a little on the bottom of
the baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Bake at 350 degrees
until apples are soft or for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm or cold with
fatfree half n half, if available.
