INGREDIENTS

4 Bramley apples
4 fl Whisky
150 g Molasses sugar
1 ts Mixed spice
50 g Dried fruits

INSTRUCTIONS

Take the apples, core and make a skin deep slit around their
circumference and reserve. Mix together all the other ingredients and
pack into the cavities.
Add a knob of butter to each and a piece of cinnamon quill and bake
at 180C until you can smell them. Serve with custard.
