INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. 1 Cut the garlic into slivers and push into the cheese with the thyme sprigs. Bake for 20 minutes until beginning to soften and melt. 2 Cut two slices of Gorgonzola and place on top of the oatcakes. Drizzle over the honey.
