INSTRUCTIONS
Clean, wash and pat fish dry. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese,
parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Dip catfish in melted
butter and roll in crumb mixture. Arrange fish in a well greased 9x13
baking dish. Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily
when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Yield: 6
servings.
