INGREDIENTS

1/4 | lb | Sliced Swiss cheese |
1 | Cream of celery soup, use | |
condensed | ||
1/4 | c | Sherry |
1 | c | or more croutons I used |
onion and garlic | ||
flavored | ||
3 | T | Margerine |
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray an oblong casserole baking dish with Pam. Arrange chicken pieces in pan. Put cheese slices on top of chicken. Mix soup with sherry; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with croutons. Dot with margerine. Bake, covered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover for the last 10 minutes of baking so croutons can get crisp. Serves 4.
