INSTRUCTIONS
Clean fish & slit down center. Sprinkle inside w/lemon juice. Salt & pepper
and let stand 20 min. Drain & place in baking dish & stuff w/parsley &
oregano. Saute onions & garlic lightly 3 min. in olive oil. Pour over fish.
Arrange sliced lemon on top of fish, add water & bake in oven 375F. for 45
~ 50 min. or until fish is tender. Baste occasionally w/pan juice.
