INGREDIENTS

1 | Whole grouper, about 3 lbs | |
3/4 | c | Olive oil |
Juice of 2 lemons | ||
1 | Lemon, sliced | |
3 | Onions, finely chopped | |
20 | Garlic, finely chopped | |
1/2 | c | water |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
1/2 | t | Parsley, chopped |
1/2 | t | Oregano. |
INSTRUCTIONS
(RBCK34E) Clean fish & slit down center. Sprinkle inside w/lemon juice. Salt & pepper and let stand 20 min. Drain & place in baking dish & stuff w/parsley & oregano. Saute onions & garlic lightly 3 min. in olive oil. Pour over fish. Arrange sliced lemon on top of fish, add water & bake in oven 375F. for 45 ~ 50 min. or until fish is tender.
