INGREDIENTS

2 lb Halibut
1 c Tomatoes
2 T Flour
2 T Crisco
3/4 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean fish, season with salt and pepper, dredge with flour, place in
Criscoed baking pan, pour over tomatoes, and dot with Crisco. Bake in
