INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 | c | Apple cider or juice |
1/2 | c | Grand Marnier |
2 | T | Cornstarch |
1/4 | c | Orange juice |
2 | T | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 | lb | Halibut fillets* |
INSTRUCTIONS
Or any firm white fish. Preheat oven to 400°. Boil 2 cups apple juice and Grand Marnier until reduced by 1/2; 15 to 20 minutes. Combine cornstarch and remaining apple juice; stir into hot liquid and cook until thickened. Stir in orange and lemon juices. Arrange fish in baking dish, adding water to cover bottom.
