INGREDIENTS

1 sl Ham; 1-inch thick
1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 c Brown sugar
Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut slashes in edge of ham. Sprinkle with mustard and sugar. Place in heavy
skillet. Pour milk into pan but do not cover ham with milk. Bake uncovered
at
350    for 1-1/4 hours.
