INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large heavy duty zip-top plastic
bag; add chicken. Seal and chill 1 hour, turning occasionally. Coat a
rack in a roasting pan with cooking spray. If using a reynolds hot
bag, spray with vegetable oil and sprinkle bag with 1 T flour and
shake to coat spray. Remove chicken from marinade and place, breast
side up, on rack or in bag. Pour marinade over chicken, tuck wings
under. Bake covered with aluminum foil or in bag at 375 F for 45
minutes. Uncover, coat chicken with cooking spray, sprinkle with
paprika, and bake another 45 minutes, uncovered, until done.
