INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the grill. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water until
cook. When cool enough to handle, split each one in half and remove
some of the inside. Brush them with butter and grill until lightly
brwoned. To serve, immediately top them with some salmon roe, creme
fraiche and chopped chives.
