INSTRUCTIONS
Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 35 min, plus refrigeration time. Combine all ingredients, except lamb, in a bowl. Place lamb chops in a shallow dish and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350øF. Place lamb chops on a wire rack over a baking dish.
