INGREDIENTS

1 175 gram thi cut gammon
steaks grilled 6oz
2 Pineapple rings, cubed
6 Flat mushrooms, stalks
trimmed
1 T Freshly chopped parsley
25 g Butter, melted 1oz
1 Clove garlic, crushed
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
6 Flat mushrooms, stalks
trimmed
6 Flat mushrooms, stalks
trimmed

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice the gammon and mix with the pineapple, parsley, half the butter,
garlic and seasoning to taste.  Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms
and place on a lightly greased  baking tray.  Brush the outside of the
mushrooms with remaining butter and place in  a preheated oven
190ø/375øF/Gas Mark 5 for 15 minutes. Serve  immediately with warm
