INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil and fry the bacon and mushrooms. Drain any excess
liquid. Add the Onion Pepper, soured cream, milk, cheese and Chives
and simmer gently until thickened. Top the potatoes with the mixture
and serve sprinkled with extra Chives.
