Baked Rigatoni With Sausage

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
2 c Low-fat milk
2 T All-purpose flour
1/2 lb Rigatoni pasta, cooked and
drained
2 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese, 10
ounces shredded
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1 t Lawry's Garlic Salt
3/4 t Lawry's Seasoned Pepper
3 T Dry bread crumbs, OR
3/4 c Croutons

INSTRUCTIONS

In large skillet, brown sausage 5 minutes; drain fat. Add milk and
flour; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, cheeses, garlic salt and
seasoned pepper.  In 1 1/2 quart baking dish, place pasta mixture. Bake
in 350F oven,  uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs (or
croutons); place  under broiler just to brown.  Recipe by: Favorite
