Butter; melted

Lemon juice
Parsley

Minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Assorted dried herbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter -- add lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in shallow
casserole, and pour lemon butter mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 25-30
minutes. Do not over cook.
