INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Venison or turkey sausage
1 Onion, diced
1 Green sweet pepper, diced
2 Stalks celery, diced
12 oz Elbow macaroni
2 Tomatoes
2 c Milk
2 c Cheddar cheese
2 T Butter
2 T Flour
1 T Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Notes: By Curtis Osman, Weatherly. The Times News, PA  Brown sausage in
water, dice. Add butter, onion, pepper, and celery;  saute. Add milk,
flour, cheddar cheese. Saute all. Add to cooked  macaroni and 2 cans
tomatoes and sausage. Top with Parmesan cheese.  Bake at 350 for 25 to
