INGREDIENTS

6 Tomatoes
4 tb Butter
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Dry bread crumbs
1/3 c Parmesan cheese
1 pn Dry mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel tomatoes & cut into 1/4-inch slices. Lay one layer of slices in a
shallow baking dish. Melt butter & blend remaining ingredients into melted
butter. Sprinkle half this mixture over tomato slices. Add another layer of
tomato slices & use remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
