INGREDIENTS

4 Squares Baker's unsweetened
chocolate
1/4 c Butter, 1/2 stick
1/4 c Prune puree or Lighter Bake
2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
1 c Flour
1 c Chopped nuts, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350 F. (325 F for glass baking dish). Microwave  chocolate
and butter in a large bowl on HIGH power 1 minute or until  butter is
melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. NOTE:  adjust
time/power of microwave if needed... my microwave will scorch  the
chocolate if I go too long on HIGH power). Stir prune puree and  sugar
into chocolate until well blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla.  Stir in
flour and nuts until well blended. Spread into a greased,  foil-lined
9x13" pan. Bake 28 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick  inserted in the
center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE.  Cool in pan; cut
into squares.  Makes 24 fudgy brownies  Recipe by: Baker's Chocolate;
