INGREDIENTS

200 g Pistachios
100 g Runny honey
1 pk Filo pastry
2 tb Butter; melted
Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the pistachios into 3mm chunks and mix with enough honey to
give a slightly flowing paste. Butter 3 sheets of filo and line a
16cm x 20cm oven proof dish, trimming off the excess.
Pour the nut and honey mixture into the tray and cover with another 3
ply sheet of buttered filo. Seal and again trim. Sprinkle with sesame
seeds and cut a diamond pattern through the lid.
Pour a little more honey through the slits and bake at 180C until
golden brown. Allow to cool a little and serve.
