INSTRUCTIONS
To make the fruit fool, for each serving, put together the banana,
seeds of cardamom pod, honey or sugar, a little fresh lemon or orange
juice and blend until smooth.
Fold in the Greek yoghurt or creme fraiche and serve in chilled
glasses.
Banana and cardamom is also a good flavour for ice cream.
