Buttermilk or sour cream |

Very ripe bananas; mashed |

Walnuts or pecans |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream oil & sugar. Add eggs & salt & mix well. Add flour & soda combined
with buttermilk alternately. Add bananas. Fold in nuts. Grease 2 loaf pans.
Pour in mixture & bake about 45 minutes at 350. Makes 2 loaves.
