INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a low baking dish or individual ramekins.
The day old bread can be your choice (French, day old biscuits, corn
bread or a combination of some or all of the above). Cut the bread
into 1 inch cubes and set aside. In a mixing bowl combine the
remaining ingredients mixing well, making sure the brown sugar isn't
lumping up. Add the bread to the mixture, let soak 5 minutes. Pour
the mixture into prepared baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes. Can be served with a Rum Sauce, whipped cream, or fresh
fruit. This recipe yields 6 servings.
