INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix the
bananas and egg substitute together in a large bowl. Stir in the
flour, sugar, salt and baking soda; blend. Put the batter in the pan
and bake 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out
clean. Remove from pan to a wire rack. Serve still warm or cooled.
Yield: 10 slices
