INGREDIENTS

| 1/2 | c | Sour milk; (1 teaspoon vinegar in milk) |
| 1/2 | c | Shortening |
| 1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 2 | c | Flour |
| 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
| 3/4 | ts | Baking soda |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Add milk and bananas and mash. In separate bowl combine shortening, sugar eggs, vanilla. Add dry ingredients, Add milk/banana mixture to other ingre dients. Pour into 9x13 cake pan.
