INGREDIENTS

1 c Spread margarine margarine; butter or soft tofu
2 tb Chatfield's carob powder or cocoa powder
1 lg Banana; peeled
1 tb Honey; preferably raw and unfiltered

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
