INSTRUCTIONS
From: rwood@eosc.osshe.edu (Roni Wood) Date: 3 May 1995 07:33:42 -0600 In response to request for Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, here is a recipe for a very good Banana Bread that could be made into muffins: Blend together butter, cream cheese, sugar in mixer until creamy. Add and blend in bananas, egg and sour cream. Stir flour with chocolate chips, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture and stir together just until mixed. Pour into buttered 5x9 loaf pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 to 1-1/4 hrs. or until edges pull from pan sides. Run a knife around edge and turn bread onto a rack. Let cool.
