INGREDIENTS

2 Very ripe bananas
1 c Soy milk
8 sl Whole wheat bread

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the bananas and soymilk until completely smooth. Pour into a
large bowl. Dip the bread into this mixture and cook on a lightly
oiled, hot griddle until just browned on each side.
