INGREDIENTS
| 3/4 | c | Butter |
| 1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 | c | Mashed bananas |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
| 2 | c | All-purpose flour |
| 1 | ts | Baking soda |
| 3/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | c | Buttermilk |
| 3/4 | c | Nuts; chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream together butter and sugar. Add banana, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk. Blend well. Stir in nuts, and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
