INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Sliced banana
1/2 c Light rum
1/2 c Bottled sweet-and-sour
cocktail mix
1/4 c Thawed orange juice
concentrate
30 Ice cubes
Orange slices, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Place first 4 ingredients in blender, and process until smooth. With
blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, and process until smooth.
Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1 cup).  Serving Ideas : Garnish with an
orange slice, if desired.  NOTES : Serve immediately.  Nutr. Assoc. : 0
