INGREDIENTS

Light or dark rum |

INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown
sugar and stir until a thick syrup forms. Add the sliced bananas and
stir to coat evenly. Remove from the heat then stir in the rum. Place
scoops of ice cream into four to six bowls or parfait glasses and top
with the banana mixture. Serve immediately.
