INGREDIENTS

8 Rashers rinded streaky bacon
Stoned prunes; halved (optional)
8 Chipolata sausages
1 Red onion; cut into 8 wedges
Ready made barbecue sauce for brushing

INSTRUCTIONS

Roll up the rashers of bacon. (If you like you can wrap them round the
stoned prunes.)
Bend the chipolata sausages in half.
Thread onto four skewers. Grill or barbecue or cook in the oven until
nicely cooked, but not burnt.
Brush with barbecue sauce just before serving.
