INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped green bell pepper
1 c Tomato sauce, or catsup
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t Salt, or to taste
1/4 t Pepper, or to taste
4 Hamburger buns

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute ground beef with onion and green pepper until lightly browned.
Drain off excess fat.  Add all remaining ingredients.  Mix well and
simmer for 15 minutes.  Spoon onto hamburger buns. Posted to EAT-L
