INGREDIENTS

1 tb Oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tb Fresh ginger
3 tb Honey
3 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Tomato paste
1 Salt to taste
1 White pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

HEAT OIL IN A SMALL PAN. ADD GARLIC AND GINGER. SAUTE FOR TWO MINUTES. ADD
HONEY, LEMON JUICE, AND TOMATO PASTE. SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND WHITE
PEPPER. SIMMER FOR FIVE MINUTES. MAKES 1/2 CUP SAUCE.
