People may be changed very suddenly, and the work be carried on with very unusual swiftness… If in its nature an operation conforms to the rules and marks given in Scripture, the extraordinary and unusual degree of influence and power is rather an argument in its favor. The higher the degree of agreement to the rule, the more evident that conformity.

trim meat and cut into strips about 2" wide and 6" long. Combine remaining
ingredients in bowl; pour over pork and marinate 2+ hours. Skewer pork with
steel hangers and hang onto top rack of oven over shallow roasting pan
containing a few inches of water. Preheat oven to 425 for 10 minutes. Roast
pork 20 minutes. With baster, coat with drippings every 5 minutes. Reduce
heat to 325 and roast 5 minutes more. Slice each strip diagonally against
the grain into 1/4" pieces. Serve cold. Dip with Chinese hot mustard and

Excommunication…means to be delivered over to Satan (1 Tim. 1:18). How is this so? It’s so because being outside the church is being in Satan’s domain. The Bible indicates that Satan is the “god of this world,” whereas the church is the expression of God’s kingdom on earth and is ruled by Christ, not Satan. Those who are in the world (i.e., outside of Christ) are in Satan’s domain and under his authority. Those who are in the church are under Christ’s authority (2 Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2; I John 5:19). Consequently, because Christ reigns supremely in the local church, it’s a dangerous thing for a believer not to be identified with one. When we function on our own, outside the church, we’re asking to be knocked around by Satan.
