INGREDIENTS

1 c Finely Chopped Onion
2 Garlic Cloves; chopped fine
1/2 c Dry Whole Barley
1 28 Oz Can Chopped Tomatoes
6 c Vegetable Broth
1 c Finely Chopped Celery
1 c Carrots; Cut Into 1/4" Cubes
1/2 ts Celery Salt
1 ts Mrs Dash
1 ts Nature's Seasoning Or Spike Seasoning
1 Knorr Bouillon Cube
1/8 ts White Pepper
1 ts Dried Thyme
2 tb Chopped Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion and garlic until limp. Add to other ingredients except
parsley in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook
for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley.
