INSTRUCTIONS
a Combine all the ingredients in a screw-top jar or dressing bottle and shake well together to mix thoroughly. Leave to stand for a few hours or overnight for the garlic flavour to develop. The oil will separate and float to the top after standing, so shake to combine before using.
