INGREDIENTS

1 9" Pie Shell; Unbaked
3 Eggs
2 3/4 c Mashed Pumpkin
1 c + 3/4 tsp. Sugar
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
3/4 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Cloves
2 1/4 c Evaporated Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients and combine well. Pour
into pie shell and bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15
minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook an additional 55 minutes.
