1/2 ts Salt; (up to 3/4)
5 tb Cold; unsalted butter, cut into pieces, up to 6
4 tb Buttermilk powder; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

(from New Joy of Cooking)
The recipe calls for 3/4 c. milk when making rolled biscuits, but you
wouldn't add it when you're simply making the biscuit mix.
NOTE: keep mix refrigerated until use
