INGREDIENTS

4 c Water
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Cornmeal

INSTRUCTIONS

Basics for new cooks:
In large saucepan, bring water and salt to boil over high heat; reduce heat
to medium. Gradually whisk in cornmeal; cook, stirring constantly, for
20-25 minutes or until thick enough to mound. Makes 3-1/2 cups, or 4
servings.
