INSTRUCTIONS
Cook potatoes in boiling water until soft. Remove from water & drain.
Place in mixing bowl. While potatoes are cooking, wrap garlic cloves
loosely in plastic wrap & microwave on high for 2 minutes until
softened. Mash potatoes & garlic together with potato masher. Add
butter, cream cheese & sour cream. Stir & mash together mixing well.
Season with paprika, salt & pepper. Mash together. Sprinkle on basil
leaves. Stir into potato mixture. Adjust seasoning to taste & serve
hot! (these potatoes will be more chunky than smooth and so good!)
Approximately 10-15 minutes.
