INGREDIENTS

18 New potatoes
1/4 c Finely chopped green onions
2 T Chopped fresh basil
{or 2 teaspoons dried basil
leaves}
2 T Olive or vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches,
with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes in pan. Sprinkle with
onions and basil. Drizzle with oil; stir to coat. Bake uncovered  about
1 1/4 hours, stirring occasionally, until potato skins are  crispy and
potatoes are tender.  Per serving: 291 Calories (kcal); trace Total
