INGREDIENTS
1/4 | lb | Orzo, rice-shaped pasta |
1 | t | Olive oil |
1/2 | c | Chopped basil |
2 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |

INSTRUCTIONS
Place a large pot with 3 to 4 quarts of water on to boil for orzo. When water boils, add orzo; cook for 9 minutes. Drain; return to pot. Add oil, basil, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
