INGREDIENTS

4 T Sunflower oil
2 t Garlic, crushed
6 Potatoes, peeled and cut
into
thin chips
Salt
1 t Chilli powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic and stir for half a minute. Add
the potato chips and stir-fry until translucent. Add the salt and
chilli powder and mix well.  Then add a little water and cook on a low
heat until the potatoes are  done to your satisfaction. Serve hot with
