INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Italian sausage HOT;, browned and sliced
1 lb Chicken breasts; skinned and boned
1 1/2 ts Olive oil
1 md Onion; chopped
3 Cloves garlic; chopped
42 oz Canned tomatoes
1 1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Thyme
1 1/2 ts Italian seasoning
1 ts Oregano
4 Bay leaves
1/3 c Black olives; sliced
1/4 c Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Broil chicken breast.
When cool cut into small pieces.
Brown Italian Sausage, slice.
Add all the ingredients.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Simmer as long as you dare. It will thicken, and if you feel it is too
thick, add tomato sauce or water.
Stir occasionally.
NOTE: You can substitute Meatballs for the chicken if you wish. We do every
