1/4 c Orange juice
1/4 c Lime juice
1/4 c Olive or vegetable oil
2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
Or parsley
2 ts Chili powder
1 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Red pepper sauce
1/2 Small onion, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or resealable plastic bag.
Makes about 1 cup.
